Still Modeling At Fifty-Six

Elaine did a photoshoot a couple days ago just a few weeks from her fifty sixth birthday.  She has been a part of the fitness industry for most of her adult life and an icon in the sport since the early 2000’s, a place where youth and beauty are benchmarks for how a woman is measured.

We talk about the realities of aging and her coming to accept herself and just have fun with the process of aging gracefully.
