Many of us have gone through the “all or nothing” extreme lifestyle choices.

We’ve been quarantined now for some time, and as we have our mixed emotions, depression, boredom or whatever this experience brings to each of us, we make choices choose certain foods (comfort or healthy) and often when we choose to go off the deep end, we allow guilt to keep us there and we commence to spiraling downward.  We don’t want to hear anyone tell us we shouldn’t go down that path either, so we get on the defensive.

It’s time to take control, do our best each day to find some normalcy and take “control” of our lives in a positive way, and don’t beat ourselves up either way, just start today to do our best.
